Care Instructions

• Light: Needs bright, indirect sunlight. A spot near a window is perfect, but avoid direct afternoon sun, which can scorch those big leaves.

• Watering: Water only when the top 2 inches of soil are dry. Drench it until water comes out the bottom, then let it drain completely. Never let it sit in a pool of water, or the roots will rot.

• Environment: They hate drafts! Keep it away from AC vents or heaters. Since it’s a tropical plant, it loves a bit of humidity.

• Clean the leaves: Dust blocks sunlight. Wipe the leaves with a damp cloth once a month so it can “breathe.”

• Don’t move it: These plants are homebodies. Once you find a spot where it’s happy, try not to move it, or it might drop leaves in protest.
