All prices are listed in UAE Dirham and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Availability:
Product availability is subject to change. If an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a substitute, a backorder, or a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance:
All orders are subject to acceptance by Hakadosh Plants. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received.

Payment Method – Bank Transfer Only:
We accept payment exclusively via bank transfer. No other forms of payment are accepted at this time.

When you place an order, you will receive an email with our bank account details and instructions for completing your transfer. Please note:

  • Your order will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been received and confirmed in our bank account.

  • You must include your order number in the transfer reference to ensure proper allocation of your payment.

  • Bank transfers typically take 1 business days to clear, depending on your financial institution.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, incorrect transfer details provided by you, or other issues beyond our control. If payment is not received within three days of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy:
We ship to only UAE. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Timeline:
Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

Risk of Loss:
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage transfers to you. We carefully package all plants to ensure safe transit, but we are not liable for damage that occurs during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with photos of the damage.

Inspection Upon Arrival:
Live plants are perishable products. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for resolution.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we have a limited return policy.

Live Plants:
We take great care in selecting and packaging healthy plants. If your plant arrives in poor condition or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will evaluate each case and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Artificial Plants, Pots, and Non-Perishable Items:
Returns for non-perishable items are accepted within 1  day of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Plants that have been repotted or altered

  • Items damaged due to improper care after delivery

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the original account from which payment was received. Refunds are typically processed within 48 business days after approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Plant Care and Responsibility

Hakadosh Plants provides care guidance and recommendations to help your plants thrive. However, we are not responsible for plant health, damage, or death after delivery due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Improper watering, lighting, or temperature

  • Pests or diseases introduced after delivery

  • Neglect or improper care

We encourage all customers to research the specific care requirements of their plants and contact us with any questions before or after purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Hakadosh Plants and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.
